    33rd annual Life Chain event, at locations in Salem, Stayton Clatskanie and in communities throughout the nation. Clatskanie activities are 1 to 2 p.m. at S. Nehalem Street and U.S. Hway 30, with signs available at the city park at 12:45 p.m.  Salem activities are 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.  on Lancaster Drive and at Broadway and Liberty streets, and Stayton site at the same time is at First Street and Fern Ridge Road.
